    The Executive MBA (EMBA) programme is designed to provide working professionals/ executives with a broad overview of key concepts, tools, and techniques needed to manage new-age challenges successfully.   • Pedagogy and Mode of Delivery
    • Though the teaching pedagogy at BGU varies course-wise, most of the courses follow a mix of lectures, case analysis, simulations, problem-solving exercises, assignments, role-play, and group discussion.
    • The courses will be delivered through the blended mode of learning, which addresses the constraints of working professionals in attending all the classes physically by being away from workplaces.
    • The programme will be offered during evening hours on weekdays and weekends.
  • Eligibility
    • A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/ institute with a minimum of 50% marks.
    • Minimum three years of work experience in the public, private, non-governmental sectors.
    • Self-employed entrepreneurs with the qualifying degree can be considered.
    • No age restriction.
    • Sponsorship or ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer, if currently employed for pursuing this course.
  • Selection Process

    Selection will be based on academic background, professional experience, Personal Interview, and Statement of Purpose.

    Document Submission
    The candidate must submit relevant documents in support of academic and work experience along with a statement of purpose mentioning “Why you are interested to pursue EMBA?” to the admission team.
    Personal Interview
    A candidate with a learning attitude, good communication skills, and leadership potential will be preferred.
    Admission Offer Letter
    The selected candidate will be offered an admission letter from the admission office of BGU with further details.

    • Birla School of Social Sciences & Humanities offers MA (Financial Economics), and Ph.D. Programme (English and Financial Economics).
    • Birla School of Law, offering five year BBA, LLB (Hons.), LLM, and Ph.D. in Law.
    • Birla School of Applied Sciences offers BSc. (Hons.) Data Science, Master of Computer Applications (MCA), and Ph.D. in Computer Science.

    The university plans to extend the scope of the existing schools and open new schools for Art & Culture, Literature, Sciences, and Ph.D. Programme in other schools.
